David followed the moonlit path. It was crooked and had the strangest variety trees around it. The whole forest was curiously still and silent. Not a single leaf rustled. The only voice that could be heard was the snapping of branches as he walked on it, and the rumbling of his huge tummy.

* * Muffin    * * Chapter 1: FullMoon Woodlands FullMoon Woodlands: It was raining cats and dogs. The air had an eerie vibe in it that, instead of refreshing, would make people shiver in fear. In the banks of Wolfport River was a ragged boat. Leaning against it was a plump, but clearly unhealthy man. He was tall. Wearing a torn, old coat and carrying an equally ancient sling bag. At the moment, he was busy puking on the  boat. This man was David. "Sea sickness", he said to no one in particular, after finishing his rather smelly and disgusting business. Looking around, he could see a forest. A strange one at that, for he could have sworn that he had never seen those types of trees anywhere before. There was also a weird smell coming from the forest. And no, it wasn't coming from the boat, where his partially digested breakfast lay in a puddle.  He sighed. He was lost. Utterly lost. He had snatched an old lady's bag, was chased out of the shop.
